Visual UX DESIGN
With a deep understanding of user journeys, data insights, ecommerce, and visual storytelling, Kijoo tackles design and user flow challenges, from brainstorming to wireframes/prototypes, art direction to high-fidelity graphics. Her work exists at the intersection of form and function with a singular focus on real results: improved engagement, higher trial responses, and more effective communications.
ART DIRECTION
Upon graduation from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), Kijoo worked in the fashion industry for over a decade — spearheading a team of creatives who turned over luxe collections sold at the country’s top retail stores, before deciding to take the leap into UI design as a different means for storytelling and creativity.
PHOTOGRAPHY
In her work, said to have a ‘dreamy a quality to it’ by Otis instructors, she captures the beauty of everyday life in different cultures and locations. Her latest project, Nordic Lights, captures the tranquil hues and ethereal light of Icelandic countryside. Invoking a sense of serene stillness, Kijoo plays with light, shapes, and composition to reveal the mystical landscape.
